  • We are a small business that prides ourselves on providing hassle-free service by delivering everything to your event. To ensure the best experience and quality service, we handle all deliveries and pick-ups personally.

  • Yes, we offer delivery and pick up for all our rentals! Our team will deliver your items to your event location and pick them up afterward. Delivery fees may vary based on location and order size.

    We may have to charge additionally if the delivery location is far from where the truck can be parked.

  • Delivery times vary based on your event details/other orders, but we typically deliver one day ahead or the day of your event. We will contact the week of the event to coordinate a time that works for both parties.

    After hour deliveries or pick ups may incur an additional fee. Please let us know your event details to schedule.

  • We set up tents, lights, and dance floors as part of our service. Table and chair setup is available for an additional cost. Let us know your needs and we’ll be happy to assist!

  • To book, review your quote and approve it to confirm your reservation. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required upon approving and signing the rental agreement.

    The remaining balance will be required 7 days prior to your event.

  • You can cancel your order at any time but the deposit will not be refunded.

  • The customer is responsible for all items once delivered. If they are damaged or lost, we will charge the customer the cost to replace the item.
